“Trump Wants Panama: Will he Get it, and Greenland and Canada too?”
with John Perkins
Answering this question opens the door to a much larger discussion by this former economic hit man about the many mistakes the United States is making around the world – mistakes that play into the hands of China. As a former chief economist at a Boston-based consulting firm, John once
promoted the degenerative Death Economy that is currently consuming and polluting itself toward extinction. He will discuss the tactics he and others used (in the US and China), the importance of now
transitioning to a regenerative Life Economy, and the role each of us as individuals can play in facilitating the change.
• John Perkins is a Chief Economist at a major consulting firm, he was advisor to the World Bank, UN, IMF, Fortune 500 corporations, and government and business leaders in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and the U. S. Before that, he apprenticed with shamans when he lived in the Amazon rain forest. His eleven books on economics, shamanism, and transformation have been published in many languages and have appeared on the New York Times bestseller list for more than 70 weeks.

“Gaza Journalists Under Fire”
A Free Film Screening & Discussion
Join us in person or online!

Since October 7, 2023, at least 178 journalists have been killed in Gaza. That’s more journalists than in both World Wars combined. While the world remains silent, we must raise our voices against injustice. In this poignant new documentary, Robert Greenwald will expose Israel’s crimes against journalism and humanity through the lives and deaths of Palestinian journalists Belal Jadallah, Heba Al-Abadla, and Ismail al-Ghoul.
