We lost Charles Coe. Today we recall the mountain word magic he left there in the hole that is the missing human Charles. It is word magic in the form of poems, stories, and maybe best of all, Facebook vignettes, observations from day to day life, finding beauty in them with the words he could craft like none other. Join us as we read his work, tell stories about Charles’ rich life well lived, and watch some video footage of Charles reading and playing. Music by Beatrice Greene and Dean Stevens. Want to participate, be in touch: dean@deanstevens.com. And we’ll send you something beautiful to read, from any one of the 4 books by Charles that we have here at the church.
