She explained her work on the computer for the Program Committee, the social network, and the e-newsletter. A meeting will be held on November 19th to present her with the letter of hire. The president also announced that a new all-in-one scanner has been installed in the office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Building Committee<\/strong>: The Church is working with an architect on finding an engineering firm to give the CCB building a complete physical, with special focus on energy savings. The Church has recently undergone a sprinkler system inspection. The president and maintenance supervisor purchased plastic and insulation for annual fall building efficiency work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Report<\/strong>: Betsy Gynn presented an overall report on the financial status of the Church and declared that CCB is in \u00e2\u20ac\u0153good shape\u00e2\u20ac\u009d financially.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program Committee<\/strong>: Dick Crowley stated that Sunday morning programs are in place for the rest of the year 2014, except for December 21st and 28th. Seven-minute presentations on Sunday mornings are also welcome to those who wish to present a particular message. The 2014 Sacco-Vanzetti Award will be presented to Tina Ch\u00c3\u00a9ry on December 14th.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Various Concerns<\/strong>: Tillyruth Teixeira was voted unanimously to fill a vacancy on the board, effective immediately.<\/p>\n<p>The vice-president, Ron Shapiro, presented the Disruptive Behavior Policy, a guideline for CCB to take into consideration if behavior is disruptive or disorderly within the Church.
